At work, we had a building to store steel, pipe, etc. and it was filled with Starlings. It was so bad in there from all the bird droppings that you would hold your breath. They installed a ultrasonic bird repeller(QB-4).

The birds were GONE! I mean ZERO stayed. All you would hear was a slight snapping noise like a electric fencer.
