G2160 3cyl. diesel

Runs fine for 10-15minutes, sputters and looses power. Shut it down, let site for 10-15 mins. start, runs, repeat. New electric transfer pump, new inline filters. Coolant flow seems to be fine. 2500 hrs.
Thoughts?

Make sure fuel is flowing freely from the tank. It could be restricted by crud inside permitting barely any flow but enough to fill lines back up if allowed to sit.
