(Not the usual rotary alignment question.)

I noticed the cut on my mother's G1700HX was somewhat uneven.
Looking at the blades, the center blade is about 3/8" higher than the left, and about 1/4" higher than the right. Everything looks mounted properly- no washers between the spindle and blade, bearing housings mounted to the deck the same on all blades, etc.

The only thing I can think of is the deck itself is warped. I know the previous owner would force down the deck lever even though the gage wheels were set high.

The only way I can think to compensate for the difference is to install spacers as needed to bring the blades relatively even.

Thanks

Totally unfamiliar with your machine, but I did have a finish mower that a previous owner ran over a stump and bent the deck where the center spindle mounted. I straightened it the best I could and then used washers to finish leveling the spindle and it worked great. You will need to level it side to side and front to back also. If not repaired, the pulleys being out of alignment can ruin the belt over time.
