fx32d powersteer/hydraulic problem air locked

I replaced the o-rings in the end of the cyclender where it was leaking. Now I can not get the front wheel to turn at all.
I am thinking that it is air locked. Is their a bleader valvue on these tractors? I have tried cracking the lines and turning the steering wheel, but I just can not seem to get it to emprove.
Any suggestions
