It looks like that bracket might still be a little bent, but I did adjust the nuts on the bolt that allowed me to put more tension on the spring and that seemed to help a good bit. Rev still sticks some but when i take my foot off the fwd peddle it definitely stops quickly. It looks like i'll have to keep playing around with that bracket to get it just right, but it's definitely a lot better than it was. Thanks for the help!
