From a boat? We went surf fishing a couple weeks ago. I got a 23" Red Drum (same fish) and my buddy got a 25" that we had to release (slot size was 14" to 24"). Got lucky and got 2 Sheepshead, 16" & 17"... also 33 whiting mullet which we fried up.
Overall, a very good trip!!

I love fishing with the Mrs..
When we met she didn’t know what end of the rod to hold.. lol
Now she’s the 1st one to bring up, “ What’s the bet?”..
She’s gotten so good “at catching”.. we now bet on, smallest fish cleans the catch.!!

That sounds like a good idea that the smallest fish cleans the fish. I'm going to bring that up next time.
