Howdy Rozett,
You are correct. The Honda is not a tow vehicle. My powerstroke will yank the hitch off the trailer if that what you need done. I actually prefer my wife not tow too much, so I didn't even put a hitch on the Piolt. I don't know about your wife, but I would feel a little safer on the road if she didn't have an extra 4500 pounds pushing her around.

The Cub (7360) weighs 3197 pounds and the loader probably weighs another 700 pounds, bringing you to 3900 pounds. Trailers vary based on manufacturer, but easily another 1000 pounds. Clearly in excess of specified tow capacity of the Pilot.

Or you can take my Circle J two-horse tag-along at about 2500 pounds.... plus Pepe Gold Badger (registered Quarter horse) at about 1100 pounds and Coyote (the grouchy Appaloosa) at about 900 pounds. And we are just at the limit.... but not with my horses.

My Excursion could pull them both at the same time /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif.... or the either trailer plus the Pilot /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Hi Doug.... I know exactly what you mean. My wife refuses to drive the Excursion, even without a trailer. She says that she prefers her Sebring convertable to my "beast". Works for me /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

don't remember the detachable rear fender in Thiunder Road .... but I do remember the oil dispenser .... must've been the precursor for all the Bond gadgets.

I just HAD to jump over to google and do a search ... and, by golly, Cub Cadet makes bigger tractors too. I'd never seen (or, obviously, heard of) anything other than the lawn/garden tractors.
Whew ... thought maybe you'd added lead to the tires for weight or something. Or else your scale was WAY out of whack.
And here I was thinking that even my roller skates could tow a Cub Cadet .... sillly me /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

About 4 years ago, I went new tractor shopping (gave up when I saw the prices) and one of the places I stopped was a Cub dealer. The guy told me they had handled either Cub or International (red) tractors but discontinued them. I don't remember which Japanese manufacturer he said had been making them and putting the Cub / Int. badges on them. This past Spring when I finally went out to buy a tractor, that dealership had 5 or 6 good sized Cubs on the lot. I believe they were out of the CUT market for a bit and came back....................chim

Yes indeed.... Mitsubishi makes the Cub Cadet utility tractors these days. I very carefully researched all of the other colors before I bought my Cub. It is every bit as good a CUT as the others. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wingnut, Sorry, I mispoke. Michum's hotrod 'shine hauler had a cable controlled rear bumper which he detached after the "law" grappled onto his rear bumper with a catcher device.
