Wondering what is best diesel lube treatment and cleaner.
I know there are a bunch out there but wondering if anyone has seen tests to determine the best

are you looking only for lube treatment, or other storage concerns related to diesel?

usually various treatments address 1) lubbricity as you mention 2) moisture accumulation 3) algae/fungus problems 4) gelling in cold climates.
you'll get a lot of responses re: Power Service, Optilube, 911, etc. best to identify what problem you're trying to prevent before choosing the product.

re:lubricity, some will even say just add 2cycle engine oil to fuel, personally would be hesitant, esp w/all the headaches associated w/DEF, computers, etc re: Tier 4 engines. regards

Here is a story from year 2007 regarding Diesel fuel additives.

I have been using Opti-Lube Summer blend for lubrication and Biobor JF biocide for long term storage many years.

Was looking for mostly added lube to the fuel to keep fuel pump in good shape

"Project Farm" I believe did a YouTube comparison of diesel additives. I recall seeing several, but one did evaluate lubrication ability.
I personally use Power Service Silver in summer, and PS White in winter. They both advertise lubrication qualities.
