Good morning and welcome to TBN. Putting an electric fuel pump on a tractor is a great thing to do to upgrade the fuel system.

do you need a fuel regulater also

Is it for your 464 and is it diesel or gas? If gas, possibly if the carb needle valve is not very positive. If diesel, no.
