Fuel Line Removal International 2544???

I've got a split rubber fuel line on my International 2544 gas tractor so I need to remove the line from the fuel pump. How does it come off? It doesn't have a hose clamp on it so I'm assuming it's not just a barb fitting but I could be wrong. At the end of the fuel line there is a yellow plastic ring but I'm not sure it serves a purpose, it seems to move easily with just fingers.


I don't want to just cut the line off and then find out I need special fittings that are going to take a long time to get.
