Fuel issue

Stop arm o ring was leaking at IP. Installed kit. Springs attached on fuel arm. Key on stop arm to the up (outside) position. Bled system. Got fuel to the IP. 1st line completely off, other 2 loose. Turning motor over for 5 or seconds at a time. No fuel to injectors. Running when I parked it! Any help appreciated.

You have a CAV pump I believe and if you didn't assemble correctly, it may not be actually turning on the fuel shutoff under the cover
