just an update on what I am trying for internet...hopefully it works out.

Verizon is my cellular provider. The service has been great at the land. I bought an additional phone line and a jetpack for the property only. Total cost was $200 and then I'll pay $60 per month. It's tied to my unlimited plan. My primary use is to run the alarm/smart home and to provide Wi-Fi for the days we are up there...less than half the month. I could be wrong but I don't see any reason why this wouldn't work. I'll let you know when I find out!

People should be looking at TracFone for some of this stuff. I pay $10/mo for more time and data than I've ever used.

I think that would depend on the service. With a TracFone, I wouldn't know what the service was like until I bought one. Probably works in most places but I'd hate to buy something that didn't work. I know Verizon works. Good idea though! Thanks!

I USE TF FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. I HAVE WI-FI AND DON'T USE MUCH DATA.

THE LAST I CHECKED, ON ROAD FUEL WAS $3.00 AT THE PUMP, HOME HEATING OIL WAS $1.99 DELIVERED, OFF RD. WAS $1.60. THEY WILL ONLY DELIVER 150 GAL MINIMUM.
I'M THINKING ABOUT FINDING A TANK--200 OR SO-- HAVE IT FILLED WITH OFF ROAD, THEN WHAT I DON'T USE IN THE TRACTOR, I'LL PUT IN MY HOME HEAT TANK. IT'S THE SAME STUFF.

Where do you buy off road diesel? I'm afraid to buy 150 gallons. I've read about condensation/water causing problems. I'm thinking I'll build a barrel pallet like the one posted earlier and just pick up fuel when I need it. Thanks!

THE COMPANY THAT DELIVERS MY HOME HEATING OIL WILL DELIVER IT." E&V OIL" THEY DELIVER TO FARMS AND CONSTRUCTION CO.
AGWAY USED TO HAVE A PUMP LIKE A GAS PUMP WHERE YOU COULD FILL WHATEVER, BUT THAT WAS A LONG TIME AGO.
