Is this the plastic gear that has been breaking?
How many CK25/30 engines have had this problem?
If they are all going to break at a few hundred hours, how many $1,200 will we need to fork out in 10 years of using our CKs? Is there anyone with Kioti that cares to reply to this post?

I think I read posted somewhere on here by a dealer that Kioti did make a design change inside the pump. Something about original design using the wrong kind of plastic that became brittle when exposed to diesel (dah!! ). Time will tell. In the mean time, I've started adding lubricant to every tank of fuel.
