I'll be danged, I missed that. It's #8 on my diagram but it's indeed the fuel sender.
Now it remains to be determined which of the sender, the gauge or the computer is at fault.

My dads 3720 has a bad fuel gage. The tank used to say it was empty and mow it says it is always 3/4 full. We use an old tape measure to see how much fuel is in it. Whenever I get on it I make sure its been filled up in the last few days.

I have a 3320 and had the dealer recently replace the sending unit; was reading incorrectly since I got it last year.
seems to be fixed for now.

So maybe the large number of fuel gauge problems on late-model JD CUT's is due to a faulty batch of sending units then.

This may be an older thread but yesterday when we brought the deere to the dealer we found out what the problem was. The sending units have been going bad and it costs $300-$400 to fix it. My dad decided that was a little much so we didnt fix that yet but atleast we got it to move again. One wire tothe seat sensor was broke in half so the tractor wouldnt move because it thought you werent in the seat.
