Just bought an 06 F250. Are the NAPA fuel filters for around $44 ok to use. Local Ford place is $70 plus? Please advise.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

Napa is a fine filter made by Wix. I run tow 6.0L trucks and buy all my filters, fuel (both), tranny, and oil in bulk on EBAY.

Thanks for the replies. Gives me a little more confidence in their filters.

Not Found has a great website for application cross reference. There are companies that well on the internet that will beat the NAPA prices by about 40-50 %. I bought fuel, oil,air and hydraulic filters for my 1715 New Holland for 50% less than the NAPA filters and I got free shipping on my order. To get the free shipping I did have to order $100 in product so I bought extra filters for the tractor and filters for my trucks. This is the company that I ordered from. Froedge Machine & Supply Company, Inc.

I get my fuel filters from the International dealer.
If you ask nicely they'll usually give you a decent discount.
I think that the last set I bought from them were under forty dollars.
I buy my oil filters from Walmart they carry the Motorcraft filter for about 20 dollars.

Dieselfiltersonline.com is where I get my filters from.. I usually get the racor brand as they make the filters for ford and are usually lower in price. I used to use wix from filter1.com until wix started outsourcing to vendors other than racor. There was issues with the non racor filters not sealing properly.

I use dieselfiltersonlne also. I saved about 85 bucks from the prices at the local parts stores. I ordered air, fuel, and oil filters at one time and it cost about 8 dollars shipping. Mine is a 6.4, but I think the fuel and oil filters are the same as the 6.0
