Fuel filter Massey 245

Having a **** of a problem with changing fuel filter. The bottom cup is glass and I broke it trying to take it off. I am also having trouble getting th stem screwed back in. Any suggestions on where I can get another glass cup and any suggestions getting the stem screwed back up inside?

Google sediment bowl Massey 245 and you will find all kinds of sources for everything from the glass bowl to the complete assembly. Saw from $15 to $30 for the complete assembly on the first page on eBay, but there were tons of parts houses selling them too.
