fuel filter conversion on oliver 1855

New member here. I have an Oliver 1855 tractor. Has original canister oil and fuel filters. I heard that one or both the oil and fuel filters can be converted to a "spin on" filter. Can anyone help on this. Thanks.

I have a Furakawa loader, it had a cartridge filter, about 3 inches long and 2 around I mounted a primary and secondary spin-ons from a Detroit. I also had a fuel pump problem so I put on a electric fuel transfer pump off a Cummins 5.9 it now starts on the first revolution and runs like a top. It has a 4 cylinder Yanmar.
Good filtration is very important, the hardest part is finding a place to mount the filters
