Hey! I see a new product in the making. It's a fuel cap that requires a key to open and the key won't come out until the cap is re-installed. The key is attached to a long chain that wraps around your neck like a necklace. It's the tractor equivalent of "idiot mittens." If you walk away without putting the cap back on, everyone makes fun of the "bling" fuel cap hanging around your neck.:laughing: I'm sure my wife and neighbors would be laughing at me on a regular basis because I've left my fuel cap off many times.

Remember the first computers..came with a special key... it was a status symbol suitable for display...so it is with your "bling" fuel cap. Now, every redneck will want to proudly show his/her tractor affiliation with a tractor fuel cap necklace.... a whole new home farm industry is born...personalized tractor fuel caps and chains...:thumbsup:

I can now see chrome and gold plated fuel caps being sold as wearing apparrell..

Let's not forget a fuel cap sensor... will honk the horn when it's been left off 5 minutes without a nozzle stuck down its throat... hmm..seems that is two sensors...oh, yes, need to add a horn as well...an item that was omitted from my tractor...and, well, guess it's got to be interlocked with the starter so you can't run off and forget the fuel cap. Hmm.... I don't think I've got a decal that admonishes to replace fuel cap... surely a legal oversight
