What's the deal with fuel in the south east?

I'm hering of big shortages in ga.. and here in fl.. our diesel supplier for the GC i work for just cut us off! We got 250g last week.. and that was by begging. We are having to send our transport rig to a filling station at the interstate just to fuel up himself and the equipment .. not that we are doing much work because the economy sucks soo. bad....

I havent had problems this week but last week 1/2 the stations in Tallahassee had no fuel.

There have been many reports on the nightly news here in Michigan about limited fuel in the southern & southeast states.There seems to be plenty here $3.69 87 oct gas & $4.19 prem.diesel.coobie

Another sham perpetrated on the American public. The oil companies are holding back to create a shortage to keep prices overinflated.

I'm approx 25 miles west of Atlanta. Diesel is easy to find. I paid $3.97 gal for onroad diesel today. Gas is hard to come by. People are following tanker trucks to gas stations and waiting in line to fill up,

And they are only doing this in the Southeast so it isn't so obvious.

Gee soundguy thanks alot I stopped at my regular station this morning and no diesel. I will have to get across town today to the other chevron with diesel and fill up. Looks like most stations around here hauled so many loads of gas, they short shipped the diesel.

I got to go hunt some fuel oil myself at lunch.. getting to 1/4 tank on the way in to work.
