FS: Case 224 tractor

I'm selling my Case (Ingersoll) 224 tractor (Model 224-77 Serial No. 9737648)that is in fair condition. I'm in New Jersey. The tractor has a new starter/alternator. The engine was just overhauled including a new cylinder a new cylinder head, and new exhaust valve. The cylinder was honed and the valve seats redone. The N-40 mower deck has 6 new sealed bearings replaced and is in very good condition. The governing mechanism on the Kohler K321A needs minor repair.

I also have a J-46-77 mowing deck and a H 50 snow plow blade along with chains and wheel weights.

I am looking to rid my garage of equipment so price will not be a factor, however, shipping is.
