Who makes the Frontier RC 2060 for John Deere?

I don't know about that particular model, but I have a Frontier GM1072R Grooming Mower that is made by Woods (the name Woods is actually cast in the gear box). So you might check the Woods web site to see if they have a model that matches yours.

Woods makes my finishing mower too, but Frontier does buy from different vendors. BEFCO is (was) also a source for finishing mowers. I expect the same thing applies to the rotary cutters and other Frontier implements.

I just looked on the Deere and Woods websites. Those RC 20 series cutters sure do look like the Woods cutters.

A little more looking at it appears that Tarter is the current oem. But thought that at one point some where woods, maybe the 10 series?

Frontier uses many different manufactures. Frontier box blades are made by Monroe Tufline.

Correct, there is no "one" manufacturer, it depends on the implement.
