Can you post some pic's of the attachment, and point out the pinchpoint, to get a better idea of how it happened? That visual aid might do better to help someone else, rather than just trying to spell it out in a post.

Gonna stay away from the cutter for a while but where it happened was right by the big warning sticker that says "WARNING, PINCH POINT"
