Front wheel flange problems Kioti lk3054

Looking for inspiration, have Front wheel flange problems on my Kioti lk3054. The wheel mounting flange is tapped in a size like m12 or 10 x 1.25 (please shout out if you know). I bought the tractor used so I don稚 know what the factory fasteners look like. I致e used grade 8 bolts with and without washers, but they keep coming loose. Came loose again and my son just trashed the front wheel while plowing. I壇 sure like to know how to set it up properly and source the appropriate fasteners. Please advise. Also, anybody have a spec to replace the wheel.

My LK2554 has the studs and uses flat and lock washers.

The parts break down for the LK3054 shows several options. Studs like mine, bolt M12x1.25 and bolt M10x1.25.

You should be able to match the bolts up locally. I would add the lock washers and make sure to check that they are tight when you service the tractor. I have never had one come loose.

Get proper thread pitch and diameter... Also head style (taper) if requires... It will require some stare and compare to flange and wheel design...

Look up (possible) proper lug bolts here... OR possibly replace bolts with press in studs... Start looking in section 10 in around page 175 if metric lug bolts......

Never had a problem with mine loosening up either. Did the PO strip the threads maybe?

Almost a year later.. I had a wheel break off around the studs.. Big surprise as the studs look solid and tight. .Now hunting for a new wheel rim..
Anyone know a part number or where I might find a replacement.. used is ok,, new as well.. Not a lot of choices..

I'd check online salvage yards first. If no luck with that, try HEY WHEEL PRODUCTS , they can make about any rim configuration.
