Ok excuse my ignorance, but I know most tractors with a FEL have some toe in with the front wheels to offset weight or heavy loads. However, looking at my front end, it looks like the left hand side(drivers side) is leaning way more than the right. Is this normal? How does one go about fixing or aligning it better?

If it's MFWD, there is no adjustment and HIGHLY unlikely something is bent. It appears perhaps your front axle is pivoting a little as the ground isnt level and that gives the impression one side has more toe in.

Thank you. Yes it is a MFWD

I agree. You can even see how tilted the front axle is compared to the loader cross member.

Check in a flat surface. Also check tire pressures on all 4 tires.
