i bought a 5 foot bush hog for my b7200 and when i lift it it bounces the tractor a very little, how much weight could i put on the front end of the tractor,suitcase weights i have 115 pounds and i could get more

I would start with the 115# you have.
See how it feels, it should make a difference if all you are getting is a "little" bounce.

Put on as much as you need. You will run out of ways to add weight to the front end before you over load the tractor.
