Does anyone know of a supplier for aftermarket front fenders? Something you could pick out by tire size then build your own brackets. I want to put a set on my landini 1-55 (dk55) but don't want to dish out $1000 for 'brand' name plastic.

I seem to remember 4SHORTS had some on his Kubota, but I could be dreaming it.

4shorts does have them on his Kubota but they came with it as a standard feature from what I've read. I googled the nameplate information he wrote and the fenders do exist but I can't find a Canadian supplier for them.

Use trailer fenders!

I looked at a ton of trailer fenders today online and they are priced good but my front tires are 14x17.5 and I cant seem to find any wide enough to cover the whole face of the tire.

One option may be to buy 4 and split them off center and weld the largest pieces back together.

That is certainly a possibility if I decide to go with steel, but I've read where the plastic ones tend to hold up better/don't rust, etc. The same company that made the plastic ones on 4shorts Kubota shows all different sizes of fenders on their website but I just cant find a north American distributor. I would think there must be plastic/rubber 'trailer' fenders 14+" wide out there somewhere for something like $100 compared to the $700ish for one designed to fit a Kubota. Thanks for the thoughts! Keep them coming!

Why not buy a plastic 50 gallon barrel and cut to size.

My thoughts are if I can find fender that fits the tire properly I can make it look as good as factory. I don't think barrel idea, although it would function 100% and is a good idea, would give me the look I'm after.

Well I was in town yesterday and checked out some aftermarket trailer fenders and there were none 14" or wider plus all of them were only light steel that definitely wouldn't take much of a beating. Maybe there's a reason the factory fenders cost 10x more then the trailer fenders :(

I just have to think some bright guy is selling those front fenders. The ones on our Landini look like the ones on a JD so both are buying them from someone else. Certainly someone is selling them aftermarket.

Most of the fwa tractors we've had all had dunlop fenders only the brackets were different a lot of guys made their own brackets and bought fenders direct !

When I had my B3030, I found that a 24" ADS double wall culvert was the right size for a mold. Cut it to size, screwed an end on one side and went and got a lot of fiber glass supplies. I ended up making a couple of good looking fenders with threaded bungs made into the bottom so you didn't have bolts showing. Mounted I had a slight clearance issue to work out with the loader sub frame. Never got back to it. Traded the B3030 and BX2660 in on an L5740. Now I have to start all over. But I learned a lot on first go round. Maybe I'll get brave and try carbon fiber on the next go round.

How handy are you? You could shape a mould out of wood cover with saran wrap and layer fiberglass over top. Build up to your desired thickness, sand, drill holes for brackets and paint. And make a few extra to sell to TBN members...

Yikes !!!!!!!! $1000 for two plastic fenders. I would have 1/8" sheet metal bent and make brackets. Can't believe they would run more than a couple hundred. No big deal to paint tractor color and guaranteed to last as long as the plastic counterpart.

The fender kit for the Kubota Grand L's go for $660. Which includes all mounting brackets and plastic flexable fenders. I personally would rather the plastic flexable fenders because they require no maintenance, no painting, no rusting and no damage if you bend them in the snow.

4shorts - what size are the tires on the front of your tractor? I wonder if I bought the fenders from Kubota and just made brackets for my landini...
