I’m fixing to change the front oil in my 1640. I live in Tennessee where it doesn’t get very cold. Gets pretty dang hot though and I rarely use my tractor in the winter months. Should I run 80w-90 or the 85w-140 in it?

Thanks

Mahindra dealer told me, hydraulic oil is suggested for my 2615 which came with 80w-90. Not sure why.

In winter like we have in Iowa the hydraulic oil will not thicken and cause either something to break or make it hard to move.

I ran 80w-90 in my other Mahindra. So I guess I’ll do the same in this one.
