Front Axle Pivot Bolt

Does anyone know the torque for the front axle pivot bolt with castle nut on a BX1500?

manual says 15 foot pounds....tighten every 400 hours....add a new split pin.

yup - but I reuse the cotter pin. Just remove carefully and you can use again. Only time I replace it if it snaps when bending in place .
