You might have fixed it when you cleaned the condensor coils.

No such luck. I checked it this morning and it was defrosted and up to 40 degrees. That was two hours ago and it has not started to chill yet.

And I thought maybe the problem was just the ambient temperature being too low, but I guess not. Good luck with it.
