free floating loader and block heater

i have two questions hopefully someone can answer.first is there a way to free float the loader on a mitsubishi mt16fd for snow removal.second its currently 8 degrees and a block heater would be a great option.i can't find much information on this tractor.i ordered the books that were available and i am waiting for them.

Or get a dipstick heater with a magnet heater from tractor supply.
