Is there a site that you can get a free carfax report on a used vehicle? The carfax site charges 24.99.

Nope. BTW, a single report is $19.99 not $24.99.

Some car dealers will give you a free Carfax report on a car they are trying to sell you. I've bought two vehicles from Carmax and they provided the Carfax reports, and a brother-in-law just today was telling me about the 2004 Explorer he recently bought in West Virginia and he mentioned that the dealer gave him the Carfax report.

at times, yes. I got one on my car about 3 month ago. Not bad.
