Well, you can see that it has a set of couplers for remote hydraulics on the rear, so there would be a valve somewhere... maybe on the left side?? Could that be it?

Valve is not a good description of it. It comes out of the fill hole about two inches then into a 90.
As though something screwed into it.

Those rear tires didn't get that bald in 647 hours unless it spent its entire life running on pavement. Either the old ones dry-rotted and were replaced with used tires, or the hour meter isn't really working, or the hour meter has been replaced.

Pappy, those were my thoughts also. I'm wondering if that wasn't a yard mule for some kind of business with a paved lot rather than a farm or property tractor. If so, I'd be concerned about drivetrain wear from operating in 4wd on dry pavement, overloading, etc. There are loose or missing wheel lugs on at least 3 of the wheels... sloppy maintenance, recent repair work, or who knows what. Why is the 3 pt lift being held up by a strap? Replacement seat (JD yellow, no less). That old gal has lived a hard life. Not ready for the salvage yard yet, but if much of it is worn out (bearings, seals, etc.) buying it might just be the beginning of the expenses.

Maybe a return port for a second (unseen) hydraulic tee-d in connection added for the mystery implement?

Goodyear on the back, bridgestone on the front.

I did notice the wheel lugs, the nut is there just not ran all the way on. I asked about the strap holding up the 3pt. Farmer didn't know why,
was going to ask the owner about it. I checked the front axle and around the wheels for leaks there didn't seem to be any, none on the back either.
My main concerns are MOTOR and hydraulics.

I'd look at the engine oil, the hydro fluid and the front axle lube, just to make sure that it's there, and not filthy. Front axles often are low, since it spreads out slowly after filling, and folks don't go back and recheck. Unless this is REAL cheap, I'd walk on.
