Yes.... The blueprint in my head did not match reality. I wanted the bucket close to the front tires but the distance between the cylinder mounts wouldn't allow the proper lifting height. Third design was the charm.
It was more difficult in a confined space to design a workable product that didn't look like a 1940s loader. It did take more time and making the brackets was fun. This is my first encounter with this type of work and it really holds my attention. I'm no expert and there are more mistakes to follow. Stay tuned !!

Hey Joe, You said, something like you incorporated the mmm attaching to the bucket so you could drop the bucket when mowing and not have to remove the entire loader boom. Is this some sort of a Quick attach system to the bucket. I checked out your photos, it looks real good. But I am wondering what the attachment looks like to the bucket. I am in the process of building a loader and have looked at the quick attach system on the skid steers, but would be interested in seeing how your mmm attachment is, might be easier to incorporate in my setup. What does mmm mean also? Thank you

Maybe it wasn't crystal clear but I incorporated the mid mounted mower brackets into the loader mounts ( the mounts that attach to the tractor frame ). They were bolted to the frame mounts at the correct locations so the mower can be mounted while the fel frame is still attached. Sorry for the confusion.
