Fordson Super Major seized

Hi All, I have just acquired a Fordson with a totally locked up engine. Will not turn in either direction even a fraction. Previous owner says it had a new clutch pressure plate and after that it was seized. I'm guessing they fitted the wrong part or did it incorrectly. I suppose I will need to split it to investigate. Anyone have any ideas? Regards, Trev.

Bolts on the pressure plate too long and go thru the flywheel bind up against the block?
