Mowing Ford/New Holland CM272 front deck style mower won't move

First time TractorByNet user. I'm looking for help on fixing my CM272 Commercial Mower. I'm having issues with it not wanting to move, motor runs fine, but will not move in forward or reverse. I've changed the hydraulic filters and replaced the fluid. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
