My ford 3000 gas has a lift propleam the lever to raise and lower the 3rd arms is so stiff i can variley move it up and down . i thought that it was froze on the shaft but i took all of it off by hand it wasent frozen to the shaft now i think it must be in the inside . i was wondering if anyone had a diagram of the lift cover and how to remove it and if this was a thing that a shad tree machanic can do . thanks alot for the help

your parts manual has a diagram, as well as the cnh website parts section.
