Ford LGT Head Gasket

I have a Ford LGT garden tractor with a 14hp kohler engine, the head gasket has a slight leak, however doesnt effect the performance everything works fine. I want to fix it but dont have time to have the tractor down, is there anyway to bandaid the head gasket for some time? I have tightened the bolts down, and it hasnt gotten worse.

Replacing the head gasket shouldnt take more than 30 minutes.
