Ford Backhoe

Purchased a 1988 Ford backhoe w/ the 3 cylinder 201 engine which was locked up.
Pulled engine and had machine work done and am assembling engine.
Question is how does the rocker arms and shaft oil? I see no oil galleries anywhere.
Is oiling of the top end just from oil mist? Thanks for any responses.

Lube oil comes up through the head around the #1 rocker tower bolt into the rocker galley to lube the rockers.
If you look at the bottom of the head at the same location, you can see the oil passage cut into the head.
