Rotary Cutter Ford 951B Rotary Cutter, How Old ?

I just solved my problem of an earlier post by buying a used (in almost perfect condition) Ford 951B 60" rotary cutter. Is there any way through the serial number, that I can tell the year of manufacture ? I know someone out there knows the secrets of serial numbers. The rotary cutter is labeled Ford, not New Holland and the serial number is A2E0101. Thanks

My 951 op manual doesn't have a sn list. Tough I can say that The one I used was built in 85' and was a great mower.. very sturdy.

Weight listed is 484# (shipping weight)

Can't help with age.

thanks soundguy. the tractor it came from was a 1987 1520 and i would have to guess the cutter is about the same year. the 1520 looked looked like it was never used either. the guy took good care of his stuff. i bought it from a guy who bought a package deal from the original owner, who had no use for the cutter. original owner moved from the area so i can't ask him.
