A loader connected to the flywheel? Hmm How'd you get it all crammed into the tranny bellhousing? 
flywheel is the thing the ring gear is on.. aft of the engine.. ahead of the clutch.
the front CRANKSHAFT PULLEY is the thing a loader stinger hyd pump connects to.
look for a lil port on the right side bellhousing with a teardrop shaped cover.. or it might be gone already.. from there you can see the timing marks.
look under the hyd pump.. etc..
