Ford 7710 II blowing fuse
I just bought a 1989 Ford 7710 II, and the other day while going over everything I noticed the headlights weren't working. So first I checked the fuse panel and the #3 (15A) fuse is blown. So I changed it and it blew a few seconds after I started the engine. Changed it again and this time it blew as soon as I turned the key. I am not sure what this fuse goes to. I have never seen that symbol before. The engine starts quickly every time, and I haven't found anything other that the headlights that aren't working. Does anyone know what that fuse goes to? I am going to try to attach a photo of the fuse panel cover.

Thanks in advance,
Doug
