Ford 7740 SLE Hydraulic Problem

I have a Ford 7740 SLE 16x16 transmission, variable displacement hydraulic pump. Steering pump/transmission lubrication light came on. Checked oil level. Ok but looked yellowish/milky. Checked low flow steering/lubrication pressure and it was ok. Changed oil and filters (bought from dealer) and low transmission oil pressure switch. Bushhogged for about 6 hours and everything worked perfectly, no light. Went to move tractor a few days later and not only was steering pump/transmission lubrication light on, but the one next to it, the steering intake filter light was on too. Tractor would not move and 3 point would not lift. Power steering works. Didn't check PTO. Removed hydraulic pump assembly and have not found anything obvious. Checked all relief valves on pump and they seem to be functioning properly. Checked PTO tube seals. Checked suction and PTO tubes for cracks. All look ok. Anyone have any suggestions?
