I have a ford 7600 that I recently purchased. When i first got it, i was cutting some hay with a 489 NH haybine. After about 2-3, the hydraulics would get weak, and the PTO would stop working. After id sat overnight everything would work normal again for a few hours then the same thing. I used very little for a while thinking the pump was going out. I used for about 45 minutes, and lost all hydraulics. I pulled a pump from a 5600 that my dad had had sitting for a few years with a bad motor, and the same thing no pressure. Is there something else that could be causing the issue? Is there a screen on the pick up tube for the pump? If so how do you get to it to check?
