Ford 6640 SLE Hydraulics

Looking for some help on the Hydraulics on a Ford 6640 SLE. I have checked the Hydraulic pressure and everything is good. This is the Model Tractor with 3 hydraulic filters. These have all been replaced along with new hydraulic oil. Still nothing. Arms will not raise. Is there anything electrical on this tractor that would prevent hydraulics from working?
