Ford 6610

Good Morning!
I'm new to this forum and new to this tractor. I'm working on wha I believe is a 1978 model Ford 6610 diesel. It has fuel overfilling the crankcase and raw out the exhaust. Where is the best place to post my questions? Is 78 a classic Ford? Would this fall in the operating forums? Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction

This should be correct forum for your tractor model. As I previously stated in your other thread more than likely inj pump shaft seal has failed allowing diesel to enter crankcase. Solution is removeal of inj p-ump,diosassemble pump & replace seal. I had that same task performed on my Ford 6700 last yr due to engine oil being contaminated with diesel.

Is this a diy project or farmed out? I do almost all my own repairs on other equipment. Is there a shop manual or video for the pump and its components? Thank yall for the help. I'll b back with the machine next week.
