Ford 5000 Engine Rebuild to 7000 specs with Turbo Possible?

I have a 1972 Ford 5000 Diesel that Belows Blue Oil Smoke. I am thinking it is time for a rebuild. I would like to add a turbo for more power, ideally from a Ford 7000. The Engines between the two are the same size. Does anyone know if I can do this retrofit successfully? Will 7000 internals fit? What needs to be changed? Anyone completed this?

It is the same engine but probably different pistons and maybe piston cooling so the connection rods are different, you must give it more fuel so the pump must be tuned.

But what use are it? The 7000 was designed to go day in and day out and at full power, suppose you use it quite different?
