ford 4630 alternator

So i was having a charging issue on my 4630 and i traced it to the alternator. When putting the new alternator in i reversed the battery by accident. Quick spark when attaching the leads. So I attached them correctly and the machine runs and charges now. Could I have done any damage to the new alternator?

Also I am seeing about a .015A draw off the positive terminal with the key off. Is that enough of a parasitic draw to cause concern?
