Ford 4610 steering

I bought a 1984 ford 4610 2 wheel drive at auction.It doesn't turn sharp at all like normal tractor .If I screw out the steering arm it's just gonna turn sharper one way and less the other (I think).The other #'s by the serial # is 4H275 and DA314C which I guess one is the model#.I think it must be a highway model and not turn as sharp.Does anybody have any information on this.I would appreciate any help
