Do yourself a favor and buy an operator’s manual. Answers to all that plus questions you don’t know you will ask.

New Holland 134 hydraulic oil (or equivalent) in the transmission, rear axle and power steering. 15W-40 or 10W-30 CI-4 or higher rated engine oil and heavy duty DCA/SCA fortified antifreeze.
Thanks Rick I was wondering what fluid had drained itself from the power steering steering unit.

Engine oil 15w-40 C (compression) rated 7 qt, Oil filter Motorcraft FL-1A, Tranny (3 gal cap) and diff/hyd (about 12 gal cap)Ford.......134 BC.

Engine drain on left side of engine oil pan, fill 1 ï½½" black knob on left side half way down about 6" toward the rear from radiator shroud.

Tranny drain under tranny, fill on top of tranny cover, dip stick on tranny cover...fill to top line.

Diff/hyd, drain plug is partially hidden by the tow bar, near the front....3/8" female square hole in pipe plug, fill on top of differential casting just to the side of where the 3 pt top link mounts, may have 2 plugs up there, one on either side...use either, full plug ⅛ pipe male square plug stuck in the side of the diff/hyd casting, half way up, just behind the flow control knob and protrusion immediately inboard of your right heel when pressing differential lock lever.

Power steering 10w-30 motor oil, fill till it runs out the hole where the cap sits on top of the pump shroud, left side of tractor about 6" back from the same radiator shroud mentioned above, just on other side of tractor. Cap is ¼ turn and hard to get off....should be a gasket under the cap....if not fluid will leak out.
Hi Mark,
Another chap said use hydrolic oil in steering unit. You’ve stated engine oil now I’m confused.

Is the diff a separate unit form the rest of hydro system? Separate oil fill and reservoir? I was thinking it was all together. Mine is TC 45D

I know on my TC 30 it's all together, the diff, and hydraulic system.
