Backhoe Ford 4500

Problem started with a clogged fuel strainer in the tank. I cleaned the strainer, replaced the fuel filter. It cranked and ran ok for a short time but now it want run above an idle even with the throttle wide open.
Any help would be appreiated.

You likely still have a fuel restriction if it wont make rpms

make sure the gas cap is venting good.
